We finally found a company who were true to their word.After been let down by a few other Plumbing companies we found a flyer in our letter box for Fluid plumbing and thought we would give them a go.Rang in the morning and the job was completed that afternoon by Shaun. Shaun was very professional and friendly We were trilled by the swiftness and the professional interaction with Fluid Plumbing.We would definitely recommend them.Side note:Shaun brought the lovely Kate with him and Kate was a delight to talk to.Thank you Fluid Plumbing Central coast you have renewed our faith in local tradies.

Fluid Plumbing were extremely professional in relining our sewer line. Keelan, Dean, Riley and Jayden were extremely professional and polite. They all worked very hard and explained all aspects of the work being carried out. Riley worked very late on Wednesday to ensure we were connected to the sewer so that we could use our bathroom and kitchen.The office staff were also very polite, helpful and professional sending messages as to who and when staff would be arriving. I have no complaints; only praise for the staff at Fluid Plumbing. Would highly recommend.

Reliable, professional and skilled service- I would confidently recommend Fluid Plumbing to anyone needing a hot water system installation. Scott arrived exactly on time was friendly and communicated clearly the job at hand. Although a challenging installation, he completed the work efficiently with excellent workmanship. The area was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Aaron came out to fix a leaking toilet (not a pretty sight!) and went above and beyond. He didn’t just look at the immediate issue—he checked the whole house for other plumbing concerns, including water pressure, and gave me three clear recommendations to choose from. Once he started, he uncovered another problem and took the time to explain it fully, including why it would cost more. He ended up spending the whole day at the house, but I was really thankful—the work was quality, thorough, and all done in one go rather than dragging out. Yes, it cost more than I expected, but in an emergency you want a proper fix, not a rushed patch-up. Aaron was personable, chatty, and professional throughout. I really appreciate the effort and wouldn’t hesitate to call Fluid again.

Hello there. Shaun was our service tech today to cap off an old gas fitting and did a site check of other things I asked about and discovered some potential leaks and hoses that were close to breaking etc . We up-dated our Bathromm vanity taps and shower and kitchen and I could not be happier with the outcome and the cost. Worth every dollar today . Well done Shaun and the lovely ladies in the office Cheers Phil

Fluid’s technician arrived promptly at the arranged time. He was a pleasant chap who was attentive to what I was asking him to help me with. Two of the things I had requested help with were attended to quickly and I was satisfied with the outcome. The final thing on my wish list was that I wanted to change my laundry tap so that it better suited my purpose, and I was advised about the types of taps that were available and the pros and cons of each. That assisted my decision on the tap he installed for me. I am very happy with the work that was done.

I used fluid plumbing twice in about the last fortnight first for a blocked drain that was found to have tree roots inside then for a new hotwater service both jobe were completed same day i called and the technitians involved Jack and Arron on the pluming job and Ryan on the gas job were incredible doing the work very profionally and were very courteous. These men are a credit to the company as is the receptionist who handled my calls and organised things with a minium of fuss.If I could give them 10 stars I would Guy Spackman very satisfied client

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Had an emergency situation this morning that required both an electrician and a plumber. Called the team at Fluid just after 7am and someone had arrived 1hr later with sparky 30mins behind him. Both Shaun and Pat were absolutely fantastic! Clearly extremely knowledgeable, super friendly courteous and professional. They both also went above and beyond to ensure not just only the jobs at hand were done but a full assessment of both issues to ensure root causes resolved to prevent any future headaches. I've used Fluid before about 3yrs ago and also recalled amazing service. Will happily recommend and continue to use them. HUGE thanks again to Pat and Shaun. You both are absolute gents 🙏🏽

I had an excellent experience with Fluid Plumbing and Electrical again as a returning customer. This time it regarded electrical work. The whole process was smooth, and the team delivered prompt, efficient service with a genuinely friendly attitude. It’s not often you find a company that’s both quick to respond and thorough in their work. A special thanks to Anthony — he was fantastic to deal with.
